The 5-Series is one of the most compact utility pumps on the market. Ideal for light commercial and multi-purpose residential applications where water removal, transfer, or circulation is required. This epoxy-coated aluminum pump is ideal for water removal or water transfer inside or outside of the home or business. The 5-ASP is equipped with a standard piggy-back diaphragm switch which activates the pump when the water level reaches 6" - 9" and shuts the pump off when water falls between 1" and 4". The switch can be overridden easily by unplugging the pump from the piggy-back plug and plugging it directly into the outlet. When the switch is overridden, the pump can pump down to 1/16" of an inch (with the screen removed), or 1/8" with the screen intact. The 5-ASP has a 1" FNPT discharge and includes a 3/4" garden hose adapter. This 115-volt pump is equipped with a 10' cord and delivers up to 1500 gallons per minute.
