The Department cannot provide in-person driver record services at any of their locations. The driving record Type 3a is the only record type that can be used for a driving safety/court ticket dismissal.

Your most recently issued Texas driver license, commercial driver license or identification card number, and the audit number from that card (see below on how to locate your audit number)
